Since these are flash based applications so try to disable AdBlock and see if it works for you.
Or may be try different browser?
For me it works on Firefox without AdBlock (only for this app site).
Also, may try to open a ticket with vendor, hope they help.

I didnt have FF installed ... did a generic install plus Adobe Flash and have same problem. IE 11 and chrome and FF all show flash working, and no diff with adblock all stopped
from test site
