I know it may be the silly question but can anyone help me to understand what is "GB" and "GB Lover " group ?

GB stands for "Group Buy". Some products cannot be shared for a variety of reasons. If there is enough interest from the members often a member will offer to organize a group buy for that product.
GB Lovers of course refers to members who are fond of group buys. (or it could refer to members who hooked up during a group buy. who knows)
if you are asking real basics-
GB = Group Buy => One person organizes purchasing of the product (ie: something like unlimited domains use wordpress plugin) so that all who are interested can get an copy by pooling group money. Aim is to pay less than you would have if individually purchased. All deals in the group are working off of this principle.
