Angel's advice about win 10 in few words, you have at least 3 options to get win 10 for free:
A) if you have a license number of win 7, you can still upgrade for free with that key.
B) If you can get a renewed or used notebook with win 7 license key you can upgrade to windows 10 for free. Or a new, renewed or used computer with win 10 included of course.
C) If you can not buy an original license or an alternative license that you can buy from a seller at BBHF, then you can just install Win 10 selecting the option "I do not have a license key..." and you can install Pro or Home version and use it forever, almost without any restriction, even automatic security updates, only with the watermark in desktop: "Activate Windows", not a problem.
+ The only cases when the free upgrade is not valid right now (only was valid the first year when Win 10 was launched) is that you can not upgrade for free if you have a notebook with Win 8 or with Win 7 but without the license number.
