Today i wanna show you something amazing. Nice trick which is allow to find golden keyword with easy for seo purpose. This method using two free online tools. One is google trend and other is keyword research tool which is allow to find hidden kw's (there is also available paid version which is recommend). So what you need to do to find golden kw's?
1 Go to http://www.google.com/trends/explore and type your seed kw. For example "golf". Look on pic and you will see that top queries is golf club and golf course. So that's kw's will be as seed kw's for this keyword service keywordtool.io

2 You must to choose international google.com and language English. Of course you can change on your's google country domain later for your niche. Let's take keyword "golf course" and press loop button

3 We are interest about keyword suggestions but you can take keywords from "questions" section too. As you can see i got 707 unique kw's.

4 As you can see below i marked some kw's which is good for my mind. Cause it's for sale. And maybe you note that i marked kw's for cities too. Like "golf courses in Las-Vegas". Use that type of kw's if you are teacher or have offline business which is teaching golf. Of course you can use any other keywords which interest for you. All of them have a great potential cause we are used hot seed kw from google trend which is trendy. But this is seasoned kw so it's trendy only on the spring and summer. Look on pic 1.
5 That's all.
Note: You can see how much searches each kw receiving on http://keywordtool.io/ only if you will pay for pro version. Search volume based on google keyword planner and cpc/competition will be interest for advertisers (based on google adwords info)
Note 2: If you are used http://keywordtool.io/ for usa then you must check your competition only with google.com. If you are wanna promote your site on Germany then use google.de on http://keywordtool.io/ and for competition checking too. Of course you can also use your language on google trend and on http://keywordtool.io/
Note 3: If you want to check how is trend your seed kw in your country then go to http://www.google.com/trends/explore and choose your country.
Note 4: You can find more kw's if will narrow down previous keyword. Like "golf courses in Las-Vegas". Just paste it again on http://keywordtool.io/ and you will get more idea's
