Great share but I think better to do the same with more stable parasite ranking site's like wordpress.com or blog.com. But main concept is not new. It's all about getting low-competition kw's with low seraches and buyer intent to get rank. I'm suppose that ranking with content it's good idea but without backlinks and social engagement it doesnt rank even with 100% seo-optimized unique content.
