Has anyone picked this up yet?

I would like to now from someone with experience in these kind of deals if it's any good or not there does't seem to be a lot of interest here.
I've been looking at it as well because a guy whose list I'm on was promoting this. Does anyone know if it's worth the loot? A couple of threads say his products suck. I had backdoor access to one of his Source Code Goldmines and it was decent stuff if you knew how to use it.
