Thanks for your Observation.

1. " Mobile friendly or not: I used Google ( https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/...-friendly/ ) to check this out and the site could not be accessed, so it could not be assessed. However, from past experience, I believe it would not have passed the 'mobile friendly' test, especially regarding some of the font sizes and layout (3 columns are a lot to squeeze into a cell phone's display). But I could be wrong, so you would need to have it confirmed for sure that the site you buy will be readable on mobiles/tablets etc"

Thanks for letting me know. As this site is made to present as a sample site to those who are interested few plugins has been missed to added. Essential plugin like WPtouch Mobile Plugin will be added the site is completed.

2.2. The content: I was impressed when I saw the first page as I have an interest in dog training, but when I read the articles, I was far from impressed. They are either very badly written, and sometimes misinformed, or they are simply 'spun' articles that have not been proof read. The articles/posts are riddled with errors and any potential buyer of similar sites would have to be prepared to proof read the whole site for errors and content before uploading to the Web..

If you are not happy with the articles like if the articles are not well formatted or if you feel it look like spun it will be replaced by a new one. Till you like the same. No compromise on the article quality will be made. I have PM'ed you a new site pl check that site articles quality and report her.

3. Plagiarism: I didn't spend time checking that as I am fairly certain they are spun and it would have been a waste of time doing so before they were corrected.

All the articles were passed 90% above score on Grammerly and all are 100% unique content checked the same on copyspace. If by error any article is not unique the same will be replaced.

I really appreciate your feedback on the sample site. This type of feedback will help our service to improve on the quality.

Thanks,
Lother.

Overall the example site 'looks' good (I ignored the header as it is FAR too small) but I would not spend money on such a site unless I was certain it was 'mobile friendly' (60% of Internet users now use their cell phones, etc. to search) and that the spun articles/posts were checked first for grammar/spelling/plagiarism.

Just my penny's worth and I hope it helps in some way.

The new sample site sent for review is http://curingallergy.com/ and I have to say from the outset that it is a vast improvement on the previous sample site.

It is 100% mobile friendly, and that in itself is a BIG plus, and the articles are also an improvement.

They still require proof reading as there are minor errors that could put off some visitors, but overall nothing to be concerned about if you are not up to proof reading.

As 'lother' said, your 100% approval on the articles would be honoured, but I don't think that would be an issue as the 'meat' of the articles are fine and only minor corrections would be needed.

Plus, they are guaranteed as being unique and you can't ask for more than that.

The main thing I was impressed with was the courtesy and respectful reply to my review from the Op. That is worth it's weight in gold as it indicates he/she is behind you all the way if you need help with the site's contents.

I will be ordering a site as I cannot see how the costs involved cannot be recouped from the advertising on it.

My advice is to give this a go as at worst you will lose the cost of the site and the domain name you will need and at the best you will be sailing your private yacht around the south coast of France (Ok, maybe not a yacht, but at least an expensive rowing boat:-)
