Yes it's a fixed price monthly subscription for "Premium" courses but you can sign up as a free member and access all the free courses they provide plus any such as this that the author provides a coupon that lets you enrol in a "premium" course without being a "premium" (paid) member. Kinda like a Udemy coupon.
