Review:

This is a 93 page PDF with a large chunk of it summarising each section!

There is nothing new here (as suspected).

Suggests 3 methods to find product ideas:

1) Use your experience
2) Take an existing product and adapt it for a particular niche.
3) Discover something new nobody has done before.

I can see someone doing 7 products in 7 days using method 3!!

The rest is just the usual waffle about how to put the product together.

Not sure how you would get 7 products in 7 days unless they just mean the general concept.

Verdict:

Nothing new, very wordy and a lot of fluff!!
