Quick review -
the product is ok for newbies to offline - it would require that you target truly local (ie, this is not gonna work unless you live in the USA)
you collect all local ads, local coupons, local papers...and then send snail mail to them...you cut out their ad and you do a lot of busy work and scoping out each one...you send a lumpy mail (like with dice etc in it - an old trick) ..set appts and then close them
he has a few good sales idea - ie, see what customer wants
Like me he no longer does seo - cause frankly it is hard to predict anymore, just not easy, and clients are way too demanding - smo is better today IMHO
Another thing I agree on - skip franchises, and don't waste time on the sort of small biz owner who has to answer to others - ie, family biz where brother has say, semi retired parents have a say but they are on a cruise, elusive wife must "approve" everything - uhhh...no thanks LOL
He also has some good ideas that I too try to use to move clients along -
however, I have to say that all in all you could spend a lot of time doing this and get no results.
His blaise "outsource it" is really the same lame outsource it junk we see all the time. Easier said than done IMHO. The effort to make all these mailouts is pretty high IMHO
Now....I too would like to see his "bonus" stuff - the postcards, the ads, the phone script might be more do-able.
JMO of course...and hopefully we can check out the "bonus"
(ps, this is a pretty decent package compared to some of the other ridiculous offliner stuff LOL...just again a lot of work, and way too "variable" to outsource much IMHO)
