This thread is to expose Phuloc for selling a S***** method that basically gets your adsense account banned and then not wanting to refund our money. I purchased his method here

Immediately i emailed him with proof that my account was banned and no response. Tried emailing another day and still nothing so i escalated to a dispute. Now to my amazement i wasn't the only one there were others that got their accounts banned.
