Do a search on Chad Kimball, one the results for Reputation Hacks has the Phone Call Generator included I think. I looked for the post that says it's included but ran out of time looking for it. Best I can do atm, sorry.

3. Blast out your message to your list and it will leave a ringless voicemail.
