I think you have no idea what are you talking about !
Stolen keygen ? What for ? Keygen is in fact a small part of code inside one original php file. I don't think someone else must steal something already present inside developer code. Only need to decode Ioncube but these days exists enough solutions - at least in this particular case.
As a conclusion, I think you are wrong informed.

This is not decoded FULL. and yes keygen was a part in script. and now they check more not only the key. Key is only for install
And yes I have themes for this think I have all 7 themes but you need modified them to work from 7,4 because they change part in script. Is not hard to do
