sorry maybe its not totally crap, just not my thing, and its not exciting.. i only remember, creating review sites + videos + bonuses (it works because a lot of people are doing it), but the traffic getting method sucks, or at least boring to watch. if you really have 0 money to invest, it might be the answer for you.. for traffic method, i remember something about blog commenting with your affiliate links.. for product selection = rely on new and popular products..
Mario Brown's fb commission formula is better in my opinion if you want fast traffic via FB
