No need to have the hassle of converting, just download VLC Media Player (
http://vlc-media-player.en.softonic-dot-com/ ), it's free and will play the MKV files and other formats without a hitch.

VSL by Mark Thompson - $97) and
Audacity for the audio.
It's a good
video-only based course for anyone who hasn't created a Udemy course before and it IS a good overview without fluff and hype so I would recommend it for anyone who is interested in creating courses for Udemy using PLR.
