I need help from you people.

I re-uploaded the video in youtube...

I got more than 10M views and made more than $400 in 6 days....still 24 more days are available for the month end.

I got the private message on my youtube channel from the original video owner, and he/she is asking me to take down the video or I have to pay them which I made($400 till now) from the video in these 6 days.....
orelse..They want to file the copyright claim on me.

What I have to do now?
Shall I have to delete the video from the channel or will I have to make any agreement with them.

Please let me know...

not sure if this would be any help in helping you weigh things in.
$400 - is something you can earn in a different way, some work and some time.
$$$$$$$$ -is the probably amount that you could be paying for copyright infringement, depends on how serious your case is pertaining to the video you reupload + probability of jail time (worst case scenario)

offer them, you will become their affiliate and send them the traffic
it is a win win situation.
if they reject this offer
take down the video
at least you try

Take down the video as it there is a chance of getting your Youtube account shutdown.
