Err, by definition "Open Source" code is supposed to be free (as in "free beer").

Services (installation, support, customization, training, etc) are what you pay for. If this is truly "Open Source" then there is no need to null it since there is no license mechanism. (Does not mean you will know how to set it up and use it...)

Is there a direct download URL ? (Should not be necessary to put it on mirror sites if the package is Open Source.)

A developer using a libre license (GPL) can charge for software. If requested, the developer must provide source code to the purchaser.
