thanks for the share, went to the suggested site, there is not one single post that has author bios, credits, etc. so, you might submit articles, but maybe they won't give you credit for your work?, maybe I'm wrong, someone else might want to check it. It seems like a risky deal. Maybe if we get the name of the author for this pdf, can find out if his articles are on the site.

I just checked and can confirm this as well. Something is off here. No offense to OP, of course since he sourced it from somewhere else.
I noticed the PDF was created today at 3:16pm and the site's oldest article is only 5 days old. It looks like they're trying to beef up their site content in order to remain Google News compliant. If Google News doesn't see 3-5 articles per day, they remove you from their service.
If anyone tries this, please tell us how it goes.
Maybe the OP is trying to get subscribers?
Even so...if the site is legit and can get MY article in Google News...wtf should i care if the owner of that website "cheated" me into posting articles for him... I get my backlinks and GNews exposure, he gets an article...win-win!
