Remember the first steP adding search to google! Do that for stuff you cant find or DL links that don't work anymore! Filenames also do very good!
Like : filename.zip filename.rar
There is also a post on the forum HOW TO FIND FREE STUFF with like 15+ Methode to do just that!

This might be handy also!::
Step 1 – Register a Domain Name
Step 2 – Add Hosting to your Domain Name
Step 3 – Login to Cpanel Account, go to File Manager and Upoad the website .zip Folder to Public_html or Subdomain
– This info will be sent via email after you registered hosting
Step 4 – Create Database, User and Password to Database and Add Access to All Setting
– PASTE YOUR DATABASE NAME HERE>
– PASTE YOUR USER NAME HERE>
– PASTE GENERATED PASSWORD HERE>
– Make sure you have set username to All Access
Step 5 – Import Website.sql into Database Name
-Go to wp_options and update website url
-Go to wp_users and update password (use wp password below if you do not know how to change this)
Step 6 – Extract Website.zip Folder in Public_html or Subfolder
Step 7 – Find wp-config File and add “Database Name” “Username” and “Password” and save
Step 8 – Delete .zip Folder
Step 9 –
Go to..
yourdomain.com/wp-admin login
username: admin
password: turnkey2016
Go to “Your Profile” under settings and generate a new password
Oke set up one site, Need to monetize it! looks awesome for just uploading, unpacking, install and Voilla DONE!

Just a heads-up...
In certain parts of those website templates there are links which automatically link back to
http://im.turnkeywebb.site/, which in turn will take your site visitors back to another site to continue without realising and of course you may lose sales... This especially applies to the Homepage button on the sites as well as the Privacy Policy Links and some top-header links in some of the sites.
You may want to check this if you have used these templates...
Otherwise these are great starter templates.
