im using a newspaper theme my main problem is if i want to show a post in a slider i need to make it in featured category and if i enter the post in featured category than featured category word also comes in the site url but i just want posts main category to be in url and featured word comes like this:

domain.com/featured/my-new-product
i want to have featured category to just show posts in slider but i do not want to show in url please help.
