why its file size is 419 kB? And compare to the older mirrors are 83 MB and its has error/file cannot support when i extracting it

No idea what the 83MB file is about.
The 419kb file is the 80 page PDF which is titled "Dark Persuasion" and written by the people offering the WSO (Charles Steed and Laura Catella).
If you are having problems extracting the file, try using the latest version of WinRar.
I know I have this somewhere.
Give me some time to try digging it up.
