Many thanks for sharing, gave it a go and a couple of days after setting up a store, got this email from amazon:

"Hello,

Thank you for applying for the Associate program. Upon review, we're unable to accept your application. Your site does not contain original content, rather it duplicates content already available on Amazon.com. Sites without original content do not generate meaningful traffic to Amazon.com and don’t add value to the customer’s experience.

It appears as though you hired a company to host or build a website for you. As mentioned above, this site doesn't meet our criteria for acceptance into the Associates Program and your application has been rejected."

any one can share done for you version, this is the basic version

Just add your own reviews and articles so there is something unique on there. Also, keep in mind this app sets up stores on a subdomain (so there will be hundreds of spammy looking stores on the same domain). Set up your own domain and forward the store to it.
