Well Can anyone recommend me a tool that can autopost on forums make profiles edit signatures and such ? can post on such categories for example i want to post on introductions and Can scrape Urls depending on what niche i am for example i am in a dog niche so i want to scrape dog forums/discussions boards and such can anyone recommend me one ?

Try looking in public marketplace or in supervip marketplace.
Xrumer all day every day. There are a lot of VPS services that have it installed these days. Google it..
I am convinced that Xrumer will suit for this need... Can anyone give a direct download link?
Xrumer is definitely king. The only downside is that you'll have to pay for a bulletproof server and they could be $200+ each month. Some of my servers are $350 per month.
But if you learn to use Xrumer efficiently you'll be able to pay for your servers easily.
