I have a business plan with them and I can wholeheartedly say that they're crap! I've had difficulties uploading wp Be theme - had to eventually ftp and also they've bolted down various default settings. Their servers are really slow - takes up to 10sec to load a wp site. When I contacted their customer support - they said they couldnt do anything about it and if i wanted better response times, I should get their VPS.
I moved my site to guru.co.uk and they're much better and page load time is lightning fast. It really is a matter of you get what you pay for.
Also Siteground and Cloudways are pretty good.
