89 subscribers out of 4000 registered members sounds a bit low in my opinion.. What could be the reason for this? Is the monthly fee too high? For how many months have these 89 people been subscribers?

Reason why is because I had everything set to registered users only for 3 months October - December. This required users to just sign up and watch (promotional tactics) ... after December I set a price tag and people started to subscribe. You can add adsense fully but I chose not too have ads but if you do you'll have income from subscribers and adsense. If your good at SEO this will pull in more than I could ever do.
