CORRECT! Picking up an idea and developing on it is one thing,
But this guy simply downloaded free plugin, changed name and selling now!!!
Did not even care to change the graphics!!!

I would be more relaxed with Wordpress free version as the developer is keeping it updated for past 2yrs!

How are you determining this plugin is an exact match to the free plugin on WordPress? It is similar. But if you take a look at it, this plugin has been altered significantly.

If I had my preference, I would use Ultimate Branding from WPMU-DEV. It is much more comprehensive. There is a knockoff of that one two hanging around somewhere in these forums. But, you get what you pay for I guess.
