I downloaded and checked for virus - did not find one.

Clicked on the downloaded file and a window opened (as described by Op) and then I was asked to obtain an Access Key. The windows had a button to get one free. Clicked on it and taken to another window asking me to enter my mobile phone number.

I entered an old mobile number I had handy and it took me to another window telling me to send a text to a certain number and join a music etc. download site for 10 Philippine pesos PER DAY. Converted into USDollars, that is about $7.00 per month.

I stopped there as it looked too much like a con where the Op gets a commission and you get nothing.

My advice, unless the op can explain EXACTLY how it all works, I do not waste your time on this.
