Quick review: honestly its not that premium at all.. its standard pricing if you are selling directly to business owners.. its more like freelancers rate

you dont have to, its just a sample.. some agencies usually just make their pricing/proposal look comprehensive and make the client think they get a lot of value.. but you must consider what you CAN and WILLING to deliver to clients for the amount of money they are WILLING to spend..
but if you want to sell to agencies, this is more suitable kind of format.. local businesses will require much simple proposal/pricing plan.. not complicated SEO terminology
