Yep, this course was created by a master businessman, Mr. Jim Straw. Unfortunately, Mr. Straw is no longer with us, but he left a big legacy behind. The man was the real deal! All of his material is pure gold.

An oldie but a real goodie. Jim created some of the best busin ess books on the market. It was unfortunate when he passed a while back. He had a number of products that I wish I had gotten. One of them being the exporting products for manufacturers one. I was never able to get it, and now not even sure it available.

There is a course from Bob Diamond - Hooked on Overages and its about finding money in USA for people who lost property due to not paying real estate taxes so govt came in and sold their property to pay off the debt. If the debt owed was less than the propety was sold at the auction, than theres the overage which is claimable by the owner. Most of them don't know about it and thats where "you" come in to collect it for them and get 35-40% of it for you as a "finders fee".
