I want to clear some doubts before getting this.
Seems interesting. 2 questions:
1. For FB ... is this using the new pixel or the old one?
2. Is there any way to use this to retarget only those who did not take action?

1. You enter your pixel code into the software so It will be whichever you choose.
2. The main feature of this tool is to be able to retarget based on the link getting clicked, in cases where you dont have control of the site where you are sending traffic to, so I don't believe thats possible.
