If you have custom templates - make backup of directory "_frameworks".
If you have custom language - make backup of directory "_lang".
If you have custom modifications - ask your programmer or our custom programming department about upgrade ability(otherwise you can lose modifications).

Unzip and upload files on the Server in binary mode and after that open in your Browser.
