First Thanks to OP for this Fix.

I have managed to run this at last.

1. Download From Official site and Install

2. Download Fix which OP has provided.

3. Only copy .exe and replace it installation Directory.

4. ONLY .EXE TO COPY AND REPLACE.

5.Enjoy
