Don't understand your post, look at the top of this page - where it says SEARCH POST,
just underneath that read this:
Tips: Use Quotation mark to search words (eg. "How To Make Money Online")

e.g.; "fat loss"
Lotsa results
Also, almost every website requires at least 4-letters to search on, fat only has 3.
