What is this, is this means that IP will change if we click on any link on the website..may be internal pages of that website..

or

will IP change everytime we open a new website in the same browser or without reopening it.
or
will IP change if we open new website in new tab.

2. can this be used with ubot if yes how ?

I tested reverse proxy service backconnect but their speed make me pull my hair.

Yes.

But we have 3 type of proxies - and each plan has all of them.
1. Change IP one each HTTP request
2. Change IP after 3 minutes
3. Change IP after 15 minutes
