Hello and great question, yes you will need to create your own .csv file and place the proxies in the file in
this format below. Please only use private proxies with your accounts, free public proxies are not good for IG.
Make sure when you place the proxies in the file that you open it with notepad by right clicking the file and
selecting open with notepad.

IP:PORT:USERNAME:PASSWORD or IP:PORT
