Don't see how copyscape will pass the articles built from this. Sure you can spin, but then your back to editing.
I check with the copyscape the article result from C0ntent C0nstrutor, the uniqueness between 70%-80%, not bad but if we want to increase the uniqueness then you just can do minor edit. Overall this tool is very recommended to build the article for web 2.0 or tier 1 link.
