Try using a different browser (firefox). I was having same problem you described on chrome. I am able to download with firefox.

Use NoScript extension with Firefox to block many popups and other stuffs
from running automatically on sites! Chrome blocks many download sites we use.

@All: Most (if not all) of the e-books in the 2016 share above are available at Z-Library. Just go to: b(dash)ok(dot)cc. Be sure to use the symbols on your keyboard to substitute for the "clues" given (in parentheses) and you will reach the site. Then type in Richard Dotts and violà... you're there!

There may be a download limit if you don't have a registered account on that site but you can also try other PDF ebooks sites like pdfdrive, pdfcoffee and others. Or you can register a free account with Z-Library (or return within 24 hours) to get download more.
