I don't think many visitors to threads realise that if you leave a comment, the thread is put at the top of the 'View New Posts' for a short while with the result there are more visitors to the thread. Making a short comment is another way of letting the Op know you appreciate his or her work and it is a simple courtesy (good manners).
Anyway, personally, I think it looks like a great theme - thank you. +5 reps added.

NOTE:
In case you are not able to export the template you built with this builder. You need to make sure that the Zip Archive on your hosting server is enabled.
Call you hosting company ask them to enable it for you if you do't know how to. This builder is really cool for those who are not website designers. And it displays really nice on mobile device.
