Have to agree. Download page is completely worthless. None of the links work on it.
Probably because he used TinyURL to try and hide the links.

I don't think these links can be updated. The web site owner is slack, and lots of his Amazon S3 links are just dead. Some of his links work, and some don't.
It is almost like the site owner has abandoned his sites. Sloppy.
