I skimmed through it and in my opinion, if you already have courses on how to write x,xxx words a minute, then there is really nothing new in here.
Work in time blocks, don't get distracted, write furiously without editing, use speech to text software, etc.
The "bonus" editable covers are only good for a laugh or mabey a little heartburn from the resulting vomiting in the mouth reaction.
Either way, have at it! Write those book with break-neck speed and get RICH!
