There isn't much step by step over this which kind of dissapointed me. Since I don't really feel much more educated on how to quickly and easily launch a low ticket membership site.

This is about creating membership sites and getting recurring payments from your members.
I'd say it's pretty good information if you want to get started with this type of business model, provided you create a membership site with information people want.
Also, you will need to create lots and LOTS of content if you want your members to continue to send you those monthly payments.
So if you are up for the challenge, I'd say go for it.
