I tested this last week, The results it's horrible, I WILL NEVER EVER USE THIS. my video was in the first page of google and also youtube, after submitting my video URL to this site, it's get banned by google and youtube , I re-upload it again in order to optimise it. DON'T USE THIS SITE EVER EVER.
This is my experience. Hope someone else will share with has his experience.

This is so much true now..It looks like as if all are fake subdomain sype of websites..not saying "site is temporarily down" type of message. Always play safe when it comes to youtube or any product of Google.
