i dont receive this email and i am a customer, but this is a very bad news :(

I bid goodbye to my files. I've received notification months ago, but I decided to let my files die with it. Those are not critical, btw... so I didn't bother moving them to a different host. I always host my critical files locally with an external drive setup with RAID.

They're still up and running and stable. Rumor possibly?
