Mods will never tolerate any scammer here.
I understand this but didn't see any post about a user getting banned. So making a pin thread on this part of forum where are posted the users banned should improve a little bit the mentality of a scammer that is not tolerated.
It was a thread a while ago that was posted about someone got banned because he shared a private link. The OP put the name on a file using the username of that BBHF user. So that user got banned because he shared something outside of BBHF when it was stated that shouldn't be shared.
This is a good strategy for at least scarying people and this situation scaring scammers.

who would join BSO or anything a scammer sell? If members know they are scammer? that is the reason this thread exist, to make those scammers suffer for life.
Yes you're right they wouldn't. But if those users wouldn't know that? If the scammer changed his username multiple times? Based on users that posted here I see 4 different names for the same person. (I can't really say if is true or not)
As a mod you can see if he changed his username in the past days or see his old usernames. If not this should be implemented so mods can track this thing.
As a user that is interested in buying a product on BSO, trust me 90% will not look on this shitlist or search his username to see if he scammed people or not. Most of them will just go to see his threads.
ou think banning them will justify this? No it won't cause they can easily reregister another account, buy vip and buy BSO and there you go scam again.

They are being put into shame if the accusations were true. We still need to hear his side, another side of the story, if the scammer ignore this, then he will suffer and put into shame for his actions
Keeping them unbanned will attract more scams because people will have a bigger trust if they are VIP instead of a user without reps.
At the same if you ban them they will create another account, I understand this, but should be a sistem that logs the IP of that username and if is used on banned acconts should at least rise a red flag about that user. (yes this can be escaped by using VPN and might rise problems if the other user is using the same VPN with the same IP)
Lets talk about this case, on what I saw on this thread his only response is "nice thread" which was modified.

He really defended all the accusation between him. IM PORNSTAR said he thinks that googly is FILIPINO so you can backtrack his IPs and see if they are multiple connections from a philipines IP
Users are saying that this was an old username http://bestblackhatforum.com/User-realityhurts and is cler that googly is the same person.
Indeed we need to hear both sides of the story in this situation the user accused didn't say anything and are a lot of users that have some good points against him.

I can even ban these scammer(s) even now. right away,
but can we please let the whole members know and with the extreme point, we ban these scammers :)
I repeat they won't get away as i totally ban lot of spammer, violators, etc in the past.
Rules are rules that even one of the mods scam, or violate rules, they weren't tolerated.
I m glad that the rules apply to mods too, and you as a mod worked in the past to ban spammers, scammers and other users that broke the rules.
