How to install it ?

It shows errors
Server error and CDbConnection failed to open the DB connection.

I entered db details in the main.php in apps/common/config but still not working

'connectionString' => '{DB_CONNECTION_STRING}',
'username' => '{DB_USER}',
'password' => '{DB_PASS}',
'tablePrefix' => '{DB_PREFIX}',
