Received two emails with registration info at both emails (paypal and preferred). Both from different domains. However clicking on them brings me to a non existing domain screen (both points to dashboard subdomain).
Had to manually go in directly via the main domain (one of those domains I could not login with the login details provided). Managed to login via the mychat domain. Testing this out right now.

The sub-domain doesn't work yet because I just choose that one , and the nameservers must propagate across the internet before it can works. this entire process can take from a few hours to up to 72 hours.
For now, you can connect using the main domain, but you already did it :)
as for the two emails, I created your account using your Paypal email because you didn't provided me the best email, but once you filled out the form, I change it and used your best email.
