Here is my review.
Get a hosting from hostgator, domain from godaddy or namecheap
go to jv pages and look for offers.
outsource your content or write yourself, rank those pages using SEO.
and bank in.
It might work, it might not work. But one thing for sure, you need to be very good at SEO to bank in using this method.
