Never mind- I think I found it. You will need Amazon S3 Ripper to get it, but the bucket is open, and it is named- easyfollowupvideo . Happy downloading.
Can you please share this Smartguy...I am not familiar with amason buckets will continue to research.
agreenmarketer- the download is 1.1 GB too big to post. Just do google search for Amazon S3 ripper tool and you can get all the files.

i went as far as to try and find some more of Mike's stuff in s3 but all products were no access!
