I'm creating website related to celebrity and famous sports stars and I need a lot of images.

I know I can not just copy from google images and wondering what is the best way to get them without spending too much money.

uses a lot of images.
And how do they do it?
Can I get from google image and add/crop/update them to use as my own?

Any instructions is greatly appreciated.

legally, you have to pay or you can be sued. There's no way around it.
