The best and easiest way is to submit your links to Google Webmaster tool, at Crawl section, with this way your links will get index in less than 2 minutes
i use the free service PINGLER to index urls.. been working for a while..

At one point ... not too long ago, I had subs to multiple indexing services, and all of them stopped working. To date, I have not found one that actually works.
